JURYING FOR NEW ARTISTS only: August 11, 2008 · ACCEPTANCES WILL BE MAILED BY AUGUST 22, 2008. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF ARTIST’S FEES ONCE THE ARTIST HAS BEEN JURIED OR NOTIFIED OF ACCEPTANCE. THERE WILL BE A LIMITED NUMBER OF ARTISTS. If NOT accepted, entry fee will be refunded.

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH ART HOLD HARMLESS: The artist hereby agrees to indemnify and save The Cultural Council, Inc. or the Village of Palmetto Bay harmless from any and all claims, liability, losses and causes of actions which may arise out of this permit. The permittee shall pay all claims and losses of any nature whatsoever in connection therewith, and defend all suits in the name of the Cultural Council, the Village and County when applicable and shall pay all costs and judgments which may issue thereon.
