"SATURDAY AND SUNDAY IN THE PARK WITH ART" HOLD HARMLESS: The artist hereby agrees to indemnify and save The Cultural Council, Inc., the Village of Palmetto Bay and Miami -Dade County harmless from any and all claims, liability, losses and causes of actions which may arise out of this permit.
